This cache will bring you to a very cool and deep cave on Mount
McGuire.
Without a quad or dirt bike this will be a very long hike from
Slesse Creek Bridge as the first two bridges on the Slesse-Borden
Creek FSR are wiped out.
Rick of ricknsheri deciding not to go into the cave.

Directions
From Chilliwack Lake Road at Slesse Creek, turn south on
Slesse-Borden FSR and follow main road (avoiding switchbacks),
which is very very rough 2wd or more likely 4wd shape, 8km into the
upper valley of Borden Creek. Follow a very rough (4wd only) road
west for 2km more to a parking spot where McGuire is visible. Start
hiking here.
Details
Follow the old, deactivated road past a cave sinkhole and
onwards to a triple fork. Take the left branch. at the landing
where this road ends, pick up the trail on the right and follow it
through fireweed and blueberry bushes into standing timber. Follow
the well-travelled trail steeply upwards through forest and meadow
onto McGuire's southeast ridge. Continue to summit along ridge
crest, some mildly exposed Class 2 scrambling.
