This cool campsite is someone's
favorite deer camp! It is on FS Road 20, not too far from
Dutchman's Peak. It is at an elevation of 6428'. If you started at
Upper Applegate beware that beyond here the road gets much more
narrow and rough. So, if you are in your town car this is a good
spot to turn around. If you came from the Mt. Ashland side then it
gets MUCH easier from here down!!
You are looking for a medium size nut
container well concealed 'tween one and an eighth firs. There
are a few trade items and a log book.
