Geocache Description:

The posted coordinates will bring you to a beautiful bridge over Shields Creek. Over a decade ago, I worked for SNC under this bridge catching fish and salamanders in this coldwater stream.

This is an easy 1 step multi to encourage you to appreciate this stream. At the posted coordinates, you will see a sign on a post.

What subwatershed are we in? Take the first two letters of the first two words, and take the AS (Alphasum) and call this A.
Take a closer look at the bridge and find its plate. What year was it built? Take the AS (in this case just numerical sum) of the year. This is B.

A few meters away over the bridge is another sign (should be easy to find, but just in case I gave you an additional waypoint). Take a look at photo 1, of the stabilized shoreline. There are pairs of attached yellowish wooden posts. How many pairs of these posts are there in the photo? This is C.

From the posted, project A+B+291 meters at a bearing of B+C+205.75 (or just round up to 206) degrees to find the final.
