Team P.A.B.s first hide!!! Should blend in well with the area. Hopefully is a good first hide

While we've been out caching we've discussed how we would hide our own and this is hopefully one of many hides that we will be able to create. This was inspired by one we had found earlier. Cache has some small swag for FTF. BYOP. Only so many places this one can be at. Please place back the way it was or better. Area can get heavy traffic since neighborhood is used for parking for CSUF. Cap is the twist and pull type. For now no hint
