Geocache Description:

This is a summer cache that will be out every year from mid-July through mid-September. It is a family-friendly find, but you'll want to bring a flashlight along if it's getting dark.

Depending on where you're coming from, it will probably be easiest to use the following coordinates.

Parking: N 39 59.321'
W 076 17.507'

You can park anywhere in this lot as long it is not a lettered space. From this lot you'll see a gravel/dirt path. Follow that path to the following coordinates, this will be the start of the trail you'll want to find the cache:

Start: N 39 59.314'
W 076 17.418'

Please make sure you stay on the dirt trail. There are a number of ways to get to this cache, as the trail branches off quite a few times. Whichever way you choose to go, just stick to the dirt path as to not disturb anything around you.

The cache is a small plastic container with a log, pencil, and a few small goodies inside. Please make sure you return the cache to its exact location once you've signed the log. Depending on the time of day and day of the week, there may be quite a few muggles around.

If you'd like to finish the trail after you've found the cache, your ending coordinates will be:

There are quite a few things to do in this area, so you may want to plan on spending a little extra time wandering around (especially if you have children with you). Happy caching! :-)
