En av Ögbabs 4 fastighter i Östersund.

Spikis eller som huset igentligen heter Spikbodarna.
Byggt 1926 av dåvarande SGU, Sveriges Godtemplares Ungdomsförbund.
Huset ägs av Ögbab.
Ögbab är ett fastighetsbolag ägt av den samlade IOGT-NTO rörelsen i Östersund. IOGT-NTO är en del av nykterhetsrörelsen. Detta är cache 3 av 4 i serien. De två tidigare är ÖGBAB och Scoutstugan.
