Geocache Description:


The cache is placed on the edge of the industrial estates of Thatcham nearby the former Board works and now a Brewery Distribution depot and near a Flooring distribution Depot.Pipers Way was built in 1983 and is the distrbutor road and demarcation between housing and the industrial estates.The name Pipers Way is believed to originate from Pipers Farm and presumably the farm was named after the owner in former years.
Parking in road nearby or opposite on Business Park-park sensibly- but watch out for heavy lorries turning, probably best to find this cache in the evenings or at weekends.
Watch out for mugglers in the offices overlooking the cache site.
Watch out for Brambles and pickles-I have tried to remove some when I placed the cache
