This cache is located in the Broad bay estates city park. Beware of no parking zones as there are many. The cache is not 24/7, it closes after sunset. Its located in the far-left corner of the park in the foresty area. There are a few small trading items in it. You don't have to get to close to anyone's backyard to find this one. Be cautious of poison ivy!! Was restored with a much more water proof container than the first. Should still be a fairly easy find.
