Guiding Mosaic 2010 Traditional Cache
GeoGuider: This cache looks like it's in need of some help. Given our current health realities with COVID-19, unfortunately, I am going to archive this one for now. When I am able to get out and about, and back into the area, I will see about replacing. Thanks to all who came to visit. Stay healthy everyone.

Imagine the sea of tents! Over 2300 girls and women celebrated Girl Guides of Canada's centennial at Guelph Lake Conservation Area July 8-17, 2010. What a party! We've been sisters for a century. Each of us made 100 great friends, had 100 greater experiences, and left with 100 of the greatest memories. We invite you to join us in our commitment to take action for a better world.
When planting a cache in the Guelph Lake Conservation Area, you need to fill out a form, get permission, and plant your cache according to some strict guidelines. When I was attending the National Camp, I was able to liaise with both Girl Guides of Canada and the Guelph Lake Conservation Area to do this. Unfortunately, the original camouflaged sandwich size lock-and-lock container that was absolutely bulging with crests and pins from participating members from 14 countries was muggled. Thanks to GuelphHiker who replaced it for me and then butterfly5 for replacing it again, to Gryphon98 for giving it a little TLC, then to bestactuary for replacing the cache again when needed. I am indebted to all those who have helped to keep this cache alive. It is now a small 2x2" container.
