The new management would like to send our regards to The Pacman Clan for establishing this wonderfully named cache. We would also like to thank Welshwrangler the previous owner who kindly approached us with an offer for us to adopt the ownership of the cache. We hope that we do you both proud with our attempt at recreating a wonderful cache for all to visit time and again to collect and drop off their travel bugs.
Having looked about Ground Zero, there seems to be substantial waste and rubbish strewn about the area by users of the layby in the original location of this Travel Bug Hotel. It is therefore with a heavy heart we have decided to relocate not too far away.
We will now be situated just off the A4229 towards South Cornelly from the M4, parking is available in the layby, so the cache can be done as a cache and dash.
An entirely new complex is being built ready for all your Travel Bugs. The new establishment will have 25 single rooms for the smaller visiting guests, while there will be an additional 3 double rooms for our larger travellers. Also included will be a room for all Geocoins and a further Trade Room where cachers can go to trade their goods and negotiate any business they may have.
We hope you enjoy your stay at The Bentley Travel Bug Hotel and have some respite from the mayhem of the motorway travel. We encourage cachers to use our Hotel as many times as they feel is necessary with as many different travelling companions as possible.
Care should be taken when attempting this cache as you are alongside a very busy main road, there is also a small watercourse to negotiate via a wooden walkway. The walkway may become slippery when wet so please take extra care when crossing.
