Welcome to the Middle of the Road.
Middle of the Road were a Scottish pop group that were famous in the early 1970's. There most popular hit song was "Chirpy Chirpy Cheep Cheep". Papa sings along when he plays his 70's collection CDs.
By a strange co-incidence the middle of the road is where you will find this cache. The middle of Gallipoli Street to be correct!
The cache is a 390 ml snap lock camo painted container. It is located about at the base of a tree covered with loose leaves. There is room in the container for swaps. You cannot park on the road the cache is on. I'd suggest parking on Somerville Street.
The road is very steep - which probably explains why it was never completed. Please take care when going up, and especially going down the hill. If it's wet then slips are inevitable.
GPS reception is very poor around the cache area. If necessary please use the markers found in the photos.
