Skultuna, ”1100 m V om Ekeby samt 3700 m NNV om socken-kyrkan ligger ”Kampberget”, en fristående bergskägla av upp till 25 m höjd…På alla sidor utom i väster har bergets naturliga branter erbjudit nog skydd, och murar finns därför endast mot väster.” .... ”en mur af kullersten, hvilken på norra och västra sidan omsluter en hög klippa…Klippan reser sig 10 m öfver muren, som har två ingångar, från dess spets har man en vidsträckt utsigt öfver Svartådalen.” (ref. (eng) Scandinavian ironage hill fort near by Skultuna. 1100 m W Ekeby and 3700 m NNW of the parish church is "Kampberget" (e.g. fight- struggle- combat- hill), a lonely rocky knoll up to 25 m height....On all sides except the west side has the knolls natural steep provided enough protection, therefore there was only necessary with a wall at one side. From the top of the knoll is it an expansive view across the creek valley.
No need to lift or move anything to see or take this cache.
