You can begin at the 'Headquarters Trail' parking area. You can head up the trail a ways, or head straight for the cache, but either way, you're gonna have to start wandering off.
This cache isn't super easy to find, but very do-able. You just gotta love Wyoming for its rock formations.... each one under-appreciated, and under-explored.
