Geocache Description:

To whom does this chair belong to? Why, it must be Paul Bunyan’s.

Paul Bunyan is a larger-than-life folk hero who embodies frontier vitality. A lumberjack of huge size and strength, he is a symbol of might, the willingness to work hard and the resolve to overcome all obstacles. He is a classic American “Big Man” who was popularized by newspapermen across the country in 1910 and has been a part of the American culture ever since.

There are tons of tall tales regarding Paul Bunyan. Go on-line and read for yourself all the stories, such as how Paul and Babe (his blue ox) dug the Grand Canyon by dragging his axe behind him or created Mount Hood by piling rocks on top of their campfire to put it out!

Now, if you are having difficulty in finding the cache, you may want to go inside and ask for Todd; he will be more than glad to help you "see" it. If Todd is not around then ask Julie, Todd's sister, but do not be surprised if she is "blind" to it. Everyone else has been sworn to secrecy on the penalty of death…LOL.

At times this is a high muggle environment…stealth is a requirement and you will need a writing apparatus. There will be a little something extra for the FTF but, Julie or Todd will be the ones to ask to acquire.

Rules of Engagement:

--24/7 but, be careful around the windows because the security is sensitive…therefore, no face prints unless it is during business hours.

--There may be some climbing involved…be careful especially during wet times.

--Be watchful of your "little ones" if they climb around.

--Not wheelchair accessible.

--Permission by the owners has been given for the placement of this cache.

--Above all have some FUN!
