You will need a boat to find this one. It is located on an Island on Lake Hartwell. It is in a pill bottle with little items......silly bands, jumping bean, keychain and confettie popper. Feel free to take an item and replace it with something small.
It's a good size Island and there is another cache there called "Adventure Island"
