4.23. Unarchiving a Geocache

The archiving of a geocache is intended to be a permanent status. That is why only community volunteer reviewers and Geocaching HQ staff have the capability to unarchive it. This is done only in rare circumstances and only if it meets the current Geocache Listing Guidelines.

If a geocache is archived by a reviewer or staff for lack of maintenance it will not be unarchived.

Geocache Description:

This is the 3blackducks third cache and our first Letterbox Hybrid. It is the 6th Letterbox Hybrid in Victoria. This cache has a theme of 'Postman Pat', so any theme related swaps would be good but is not compulsory. For those of you who have been living under a rock (or just don't have children), Postman Pat is a postman of a show called 'Postman Pat and His Black and White Cat'. His show has been running for nearly 20 years and expecting a movie in 2011.

A Letterbox hybrid (for those that don't know) contains a stamp, a logbook, and can also contain a few swaps.
The idea is that you bring along your own stamp and stamp the cache logbook (if you don’t have your own stamp then a sticker or just a small drawing will do), then use the cache stamp in your own logbook (if you have one).
The idea is to collect stamps from as many letterbox caches as you can. If you are not collecting stamps you can treat this as a normal traditional cache by signing the logbook and making swaps as usual. However you must also stamp the logbook with one of the enclosed stamps, and then sign your (caching) name under the stamp you used.

The coordinates will take you to a tree of sorts, note to retrieve the cache you will need to go into the scrubs a little. The cache it self is a 1.2L uncamoed sistema container.
Make sure you put it back exactly how you found it but please don't bury it. This is the 3blackducks 1st Mailbox Hybrid and is not meant to be too hard.
