En microburk med inget annat än en logg och en minipenna.

A micro cache with no more than a mere log and a small pencil.

Ute på udden, där man kan säga att Luleälven möter Bottenviken, har man en fin utsikt mot Germandöfjärden som är inramad av tre av Luleå skärgårds största öar; Sandön, Germandön och Junkön. I söder ligger det lilla skäret Lulhällan.
Flygande saker syns ofta här. Sydoständan på den förlängda landningsbanan till Luleå Airport på ena sidan och drakflygarnas/surfarnas näste på den andra sidan. Mindre trevliga flygare av släktet tabanidae förekommer också under varma vindstilla dagar...
Här finns fina sandstränder så glöm inte badutrustning och picknickväskan om du kommer hit på sommaren!

Out on the 'hook', where you might say the river Luleälven meets the Bay of Bothnia, you have a nice view of the Germandö Bay framed by three of Luleå archipelago's largest islands; Sandön, Germandön and Junkön. To the south is the small islet of Lulhällan.
Flying stuff is often seen here. The southeast end of the extended runway at Luleå Airport on one side and the kite flyers/surfers' nest on the other side. Less entertaining flyers of the tabanidae family may be found during warm windless days...
There are nice beaches here so do not forget bathing gear and the picnic bag if you come here in summer!
