Geocache Description:

Only try for this when the tide is out..

::CONGRATS TOLMAUS AND RICKSTO ON FTF::

It's a good little climb up a rock to get to this guy. You need to review the tide charts for the area before trying to get to it. You only have about 6 hours to get in and out of the exact cache spot or you will be spending the night on a cold rock, or getting wet trying to get back to the beach head. It's a pretty good camping spot just down the beach too, but you need to get a pass in Port Angeles and another one from the museum in town just before you get to the hiking trail to camp there. (If camping bear canisters are required or you get a ticket from the park rangers). Not to hard to spot once you're there, but it's a fun climb to get to it. Check out the tide pools while you can too. Lots of colorful starfish and other sea creatures to see. No cell phone service in the area so log your coordinates before the trip out (Sorry i-phone users). One final note, DON'T MESS WITH THE WILDLIFE. Have fun caching.
