After #11 the trail becomes quite patchy and more difficult to follow in places - this being due to poor signing and maintenance.
Once the trail leaves the industrial estate (to your left) behind you are to try and follow the path which runs parallel to a river - although we eventually found the path again it is possible to lose it - if you find a dirt track you can walk some of that going west but do not follow it when it heads north this will take you away from the footpath - aiming for the cache will help.
***Update 4/9/12 - this cache has been relocated due to the original placement having undergone considerable groundwork - so there is now some distance between 11 and 12 - once you get to the farm aim for the viaduct (hence the name - it used to be #12 Duck before we had to move it)
