[LV]Pec Latvijas neatkaribas atgušanas kombinatu „Baltija” (lidz ar to ari serkocinu ražošanu) gaidija bedigs liktenis. Kombinatam „Baltija” nacas merot sapigu celu uz briva tirgus ekonomiku, kas nebija ipaši veiksmigs. „Baltija” sadalijas vairakos atseviškos uznemumos, un ne visiem tas noriteja viegli, jo tikai paris speja notureties un turpinat savu darbibu. Uznemums „Liepajas serkocini”, ka to nosauca pec atdališanas no kombinata, skaitijas viens no eksportspejigakajiem visa Latvija, tacu jau 2003. gada tas savas durvis sledza, pasludinot maksatnespeju un laujot ražotni parnemt SIA „Latvian Match”. Darbagaldi tika pamesti, materiali atstati, specialas ražošanas iekartas apklusinatas.
[ENG]After Latvian independence kombinat "Baltic States" (hence the match production) waited sad fate. Combine "Baltic States" had to be measured in a painful path to a free market economy, which was not particularly successful.
