This is a great location to pack a lunch or to eat at a local restaurant with in walking distance. Old fishing village with numerous art gallery’s in the area.
This picturesque cache location was determined by the Matlacha Summer Camp of July, 2010. The campers were given several temporary caches and tasked to find them in small groups. They all did a great job!
The following week we discussed, appropriate cache placement; discouraged any of the kids from personally placing a caches with out the proper time in the field and parental supervision; and leave no trace principles.
