Moon over Millington Mystery Cache

In true HikerRon fashion i have placed another 'Moon over' cache,
in Millington. Sort of a personal geo-tradition, I have placed one
in every town i've lived in since i began geocaching. This is #3.
This cache puzzle is not as difficult as the ones in the past, but may require a little research to solve. (Google is your friend:)
I'll wait until it's found before posting a hint, if needed.
It's a micro so bring your own writing utensil.
