Geocache Description:

Small container hidden in Parque Metropolitano overlooking Quito.

The Atkins Diet has really helped me to drop the weight. I'm thankful for the weight loss and for the help this has given me at getting my cholesterol and triglycerides in the green. This cache is a small transparent green container with a little swag and a log sheet. Bring your own pen. Please re-hide the cache carefully so others will get the chance to find it.

La Dieta Atkins me ha ayudado bajar de peso. Estoy agradecido por esto y por los resultados con mi analisis de sangre y los lipidos.
