As a continuation of the settlement built-up scheme of Sportkórház (Sports Hospital) with greenery, we have designed, in a slightly more condensed way, a three-tier building. The three longitudinal wings, which are parallel to Alkotás utca are connected in the middle - in a relatively hidden way - by a transversal wing. The building consists of a ground floor and five levels above the ground, while on the side of Csörsz utca six and at the pinnacle seven levels. A mechanical level and two parking levels are located underground.
The designed building unit is in compliance with the limitations of the RRT concerning the maximum cornice height; starting from 21m it rises gradually towards south and at the end of Csörsz utca it reaches the maximum cornice height of 30m. The building in accordance with the RRT is an office building for rent with a permanent operational owner. The main entrance of the building is in the first courtyard opening from Csörsz utca, and the communication cores of the wings can be accessed from there through the transversely extending atrium-like foyer which connects the three wings. Three communication cores in the middle of the three longitudinal wings connect the units of the building; each has 3 elevators, a smoke-less staircase, sanitary rooms, electric closets and mechanical shafts. The longitudinal wing along Alkotás utca will be rented by a bank, with a bank office on the ground floor with an independent entrance from Alkotás utca. The entrance of the parking lot on level 2 can be accessed from Györi út. The service supplying and the supply of the bank will also be realized from Györi út on level 1.
The building has a cast in-situ reinforced concrete frame, with cast in-situ reinforced concrete floor-slabs laid on cast in-situ reinforced concrete pillars and columns. The stiffening of the building is provided by reinforced concrete stiffener core per each wing (the middle communication core), reinforced concrete stiffener wall (on the northern ends) and reinforced concrete frame structure (on the southern ends). The building will have a deep foundation. The structure underground is without dilatation, while above the ground it is divided into three dilatation units.
The building group is characterised by horizontal division. Solid paved bands alter with bands of windows. The proposed material of the covering is antiqued titanium-zink. On the facades where we aim at an airy appearance instead of the solid covered bands glazed cover will be used. In the case of the visible solid surfaces of the communication cores the titanium-zink plate cover is vertically striped, while at the surfaces with windows it becomes divided with a glass wall behind. This double elaboration of the facade results in special light effects in the communal areas of each ground. The side elevator of the three elevators is a spectacular one in the sense that the back side and the back wall of the elevator shaft will be glazed in their length. Therefore the rider will have a particular visual experience southward while rising from the wings 'in the canyon'.

A Sportkórház zöldben úszó, telepszerü beépítését folytatva és kicsit sürítve, hármas tagolású épületet helyeztünk el. Az Alkotás utcával párhuzamos három hosszanti szárnyat középen - viszonylag rejtetten - keresztszárny kapcsolja össze. Az épület a felszín felett földszint plusz ötszintes, a Csörsz utca felé hat-, majd a csúcsnál hétszintessé emelkedik. A felszín alatt egy gépészeti szint és két parkolószint helyezkedik el.
Az épület az RRT-nek megfelelöen elsösorban irodaház szerepü, mégpedig állandó üzemeltetövel müködö bérirodaház. Alatta kb. 400 féröhelyes parkoló található, mely a Györi útról érhetö el. Ugyancsak a Györi út felöl történik a gazdaságos kiszolgálás. Az épületegyüttest a három hosszanti szárny közepén lévö három közlekedömag szolgálja ki. A közlekedömagokban 3 lift, füstmentes lépcsöház, kétnemü WC-csoport, elektromos szekrénysor és a gépészeti aknák találhatók.
Az épületegyüttest a vízszintes tagolás jellemzi. Fémlemezzel burkolt sávok váltják az ablaksávokat. A sávok magassága a tájolás függvényében változik. A nyugati homlokzatokon vékonyabbak, a keleti homlokzatokon magasabbak az ablaksávok. Az épület horizontalitását erösítik a homlokzat részletmegoldásai is. A sötétszürke, fémszínü metálszemcsés festékkel porszórt, alumínium lemezböl készülö burkolati sávokon belül felületi struktúraváltás emeli ki a födémek sávját. A nyílászárók vízszintes bordái a fémlemez-burkolattal megegyezö, metálszemcsés porszórt felületkezelést kapnak, viszont a függöleges ablakosztó bordák fekete színükkel beleolvadnak az üvegsávokba. A nyílászárókba a megfelelö hövédelmet biztosító, de gyakorlatilag színtelen és a lehetö legalacsonyabb tükrözö hatású neutrál üvegszerkezet kerül. A Csörsz utcai spiccekhez közeledve egyre légiesebbé válik a homlokzat, a fémlemez sávokat üvegsávok váltják, melyek hátoldala a fémlemezzel megegyezö színü felületkezelést kap, mögötte rejtve a tüzgát miatt szükséges vasbeton mellvéd. A spiccek könnyed, átlátszó üveg-acél szerkezete egy-egy harminc méter magas élben végzödik. Éjszaka a sötétbe olvadó épületböl szinte csak a három világító függöleges csík jelenik meg. A közlekedési magoknál a fémlemez burkolat függöleges sávozásúvá válik, a benne lévö ablakos felületeknél sávosan áttört, mögötte üvegfal. Ez a kettös homlokzatképzés különleges fényhatásokat eredményez a liftek elötereiben. A tetöterasz mellvédjeként a fémlemez burkolat szintén áttörtté válik és függöleges sávozású, ezzel az épület felsö sávjának könnyedebb, légiesebb megjelenést biztosít. |
