Geocache Description:

-= PLEASE NOTE THE ABOVE COORDINATES ARE NOT THE CACHE ITSELF BUT THE LOCATION OF THE INFORMATION SIGN =-

The cache is located near to the Rath but to find it you need to fill the gaps in the below coordinates using the information sign available on site and some mathematical work. I have rated the terrain as a 1.5 due to the grass and it may be unsuitable for wheelchair users as the potential for waterlogged ground is high. Difficulty is a 2 due to the mathematical calculations required.

The ringfort of Lissue, three miles west of Lisburn is, in its unexcavated appearance, an almost typical example of the class. It lies on the eastern slope of a small hill, or drumlin, just below its summit at 130 feet (40 metres) above sea-level. It has one surrounding bank-and-ditch and the entrance faces downhill (to the east). With a diameter of some 200 feet (60 metres), it is, however, rather larger than usual.

To obtain the true coordinates for the cache please use the site information sign present to fill in the blank digits:

N 54 30.nnnn
W 06 06.zzzz

nnnn = (The First Rath AD Date as YYYY + The Large Rath AD Date as YYYY + 50)

zzzz = (Excavation Dates by Dr Gerhard Bersu Dates Added Together - 133)

Only the first 3 digits of seconds are required for your GPS device rather than the 4 calculated ie. Ground Zero = N 54° 30.nnn W 06° 06.zzz

The cache is a small clear box hidden from view.

Cache has room for small swaps which can be taken as long as something of equal or greater value is put in its place.

There is a log book and pen included.

Muggles may be around the business adjoining the site so please use discretion when hunting for and replacing the cache. To avoid muggles searching after 6pm or at weekends is best.

Use the Waypoints for two parking places.
