This cache was placed in order to get cachers to stop at Exit 7 (Birchwood, Nova Scotia). Maybe someday, this area will become developed?
The signs from the highway shows the services available at each exit. At this exit there are only blank spaces. There are no services here, so there needs to be a "cache stop".

Update as of January, 2011 - maybe all of the traffic generated by this cache (haha) has had an impact on business in the area. Now there is a gas station and restaurant at this exit for traveler's convenience!
