Great spot for a panoramic view over the city.
Do not attempt to climb the slope of the hill. You'll find a trail at some point from the road going to the citadel, that will get you near the cache.
Better park the car at the base of the hill because there are mostly one-way streets on this hill.
Be very careful not to slip on the small stones, there's a long way down!
