When you’re ready for your yearly bath, this is the place to come. Captain Drystan the Dire, Pirate, Esquire, was on his way to find his favorite floozie when he realized it had been a year since his last visit; sort of like when you vacation to Hawaii or something. So he stopped here and opened his special clean-em-up place – after he chased out the fat cows who were already using *his* place!
And 'clean up' he did. It's rumored that his treasure is still there, somewhere...
