This cache can take as long as you like, or a quick drive by.
Park at the wharf, E37 56 963, S177 00 159, and take a stroll along the river, check out the boats and people fishing. Sometimes there are some wounderful catches to see at the game fishing wiegh station, especially during summer tournaments. The kids are well catered for, with the play ground, and shallow water to play or bathe. Continue on there are more people fishing from the rock groin, or off the rocks around the Heads. This is a "Sweet Spot", to watch the world go round, boats in and out, rough weather ocean waves crashing against the rocks, seabirds feeding, and dream about what it would be like living on those islands...... , night time boat lights are visable at Whale Island.
Be aware of the water and road with the little ones. There are always plenty of muggles , from early morning, till late at night. Please be carefull of the gardens. Make sure the rubbish goes into the bins.To keep this a Sweet cache, please trade with ONLY wrapped or packed sweets,(hygenic please). You may even visit the coastguard operator,they are very welcoming and provide a brilliant sevice.
