CROW LAKE
EXTREME
CACHING
WARNING !!!

This is an extreme geocache that is
rated
5/5
This
geocache is not for everyone, in fact it is
meant for extreme geocachers
equipped with
special equipment.
First off
you need a boat to get to the area.
I then recommend you hunt this cache
is teams
of 3 or more
I am happy if 1 descends to the cache and signs
for the
whole party.
Located 60+ feet above the lake on a rock
face.
the terrain below the Cache is at a 70-80 degree angle.
It's
slippery, has loose soil and boulders all the way up.
Do not park your boat directly under
the cache location, you
will
sink it if a rock breaks off
The small trees that are growing
on the rocks pull out
very easy and will not hold you.
It is recommended by Me that
you find an easy landing zone
and hike the long way to above the cache
location
Then use ropes and harnesses to descend the 15-20 feet
down
to the geocache.
This cache can be very DANGEROUS if not done
safely
and with the correct equipment.
You will have NO CELL signal
at
GZ
A fall from here, will cause serious injury and could be
fatal.
DO NOT DO THIS CACHE ALONE OR
WITH OUT
SAFETY EQUIPMENT !!!!!!
Please be very careful, a smiley face is
not
worth injury or death !!
The picture below is
a close up of me at GZ
I descended to the location from up top.
