The third in the CABLE series
This was the Central theater, located on Theater Ave. There were four more, larger theaters in camp, one in each quadrant. This was an 800 seat theater, the others were 1,200 seats. If you have found “Stairway to Heaven”, it is the theater in the south-west quadrant. The theater in the north-west quadrant is in the south-west corner of an area that is posted “no access”. The theater in the north-east quadrant is the location of "Movie Time- 1943". The theater in the south-east quadrant is at N44*41.5732 W123*12.2157 Look for a sign that says "Wildlife Viewing Blind" and follow the trail. Fish & Wildlife has filled in the foundation, but they did leave a shelter with a bench.

Just a note to those who are searching for my cable caches. Some of these sites have not been seen for decades by the general public. So, that means that a lot of them are very overgrown with blackberry vines, etc. I have read a couple logs about difficulty finding their way in (at first), just remember, you are following a 69 year old. So, use your head, as well as your GPS. If the way is difficult, you are probably not going the way I did. So back up and circle around, there is a way in.]
