At the same time, George is faced with losing his girlfriend if he doesn't convert, so he visits a priest at the Latvian Orthodox Church. Meanwhile, Jerry discovers a tube of anti-fungal cream in his girlfriend's medicine cabinet and attempts to figure out why she needs it before taking their relationship any further.
