kapel is gebouwd door "den Eerw. Heer Pastoor Hencricus Lalemant en
zijne zuster Theresia, uit dankbaarheid voor den goeden uitslag der
kiezing 1884". De toenmalige katholieke partij (olv Woeste)
veroverde toen de absolute meerderheid in het parlement.

chapel was built by priest Henricus Lalemant and his sister
Theresia, out of plain gratitude for the good results of the 1884
elections when the catholic party gained the absolute majority in
the Belgian parliament.
