The venue is "Oswalds Cross", which is a Table Table bar restaurant, and is situated just of the A5, Mile End Services. Oswalds Cross Rods Meadow, Maes-Y-Clawdd, Maesbury Road Industrial Estate, Oswestry, SY10 8NN
A very informal meet to give cachers, "old hands" and new a chance for a chat, a drink and maybe a bite to eat - everyone is welcome.
This will be a great Autumn cache meet in the area for new and old cachers to get together.
Hopefully there will be a raffle prize draw around 9pm so if any of you have got ideas for prizes let me know. All proceeds will be towards the Mega Wales Event 2011
If you haven't been to an event before these are great ways to meet and put faces to the names you see in the logs. If you are new, don't be shy, there are no cliques and everyone will make you welcome.
The management know we are coming and have kindly allowed us to use the area to the right hand side as you walk in through the main doors.
If you require food, there is a comprehensive restaurant menu. If you arrive before 6.30pm there is 2 Dine Out for £10. Most other meals after that time are between £6-8
Allow plenty of time for geo-chatting, coin and TB discovery or swaps and share caching tales and maybe glean a hint or two for those difficult to solve puzzles.
There is no need to pre-book food but we have promised to give them an idea of numbers so please log your intentions as soon as possible.
