Goodbye to Gollum Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

SerenityNow: Stopped by today to check on the cache and it is gone. This makes about a dozen of ours now gone in the Bath/Fairlawn area. Sure hope the thief has fun with all of the containers!

Geocache Description:

This is a cache that was originally placed for the Finding Fraggle Rock/SerenityNow annual Grand Caching Event. This year's theme was CSI:Cleveland and participating cachers investigated a crime and whittled down the suspects to reveal the guilty party.

A cache in Bath Township, home of LeBron James. This cache could just as easily have been titled "Long Live the King" or even "Goodbye to The King", but after the over hyped "My Decision", let's just say "Don't let the screen door hit you where the good Lord split you, LeBron". Be like Gollum and chase after that ring!

As far as you cachers go, look for the pickle pile along the path and you will find the treasure that you seek. Don't try to reach the cache or even the path from the road when you are about 15 feet from the cache. The path that leads directly to the cache begins opposite the tennis court parking lot and leads into the woods and along the road. .There is ample parking in the tennis parking area only a few hundred feet from the cache. Don't attempt to park along the road and hop out to grab the cache.
