Geocache Description:

This is a cache that was originally placed for the Finding Fraggle Rock/SerenityNow annual Grand Caching Event. This year's theme was CSI:Cleveland and participating cachers investigated a crime and whittled down the suspects to reveal the guilty party.

Not a typical cache container. You should be looking in the brush alongside a parking lot.
