This is an easy park & grab (almost too easy).
You will be looking for a film cannister, so bring your own pen.
In the early 1970's when the four-lane was being constructed, a portion of this secondary road was relocated and a new bridge was built. Usually when this happens, the old road and bridge will be blocked to public access. That did not happen in this case. In fact, the old bridge has been very well maintained.
Except for an occasional car from the nearby church and two homes, you will be able to park on the bridge and look for the cache, reflect on just about anything, or just simply enjoy a nice peaceful spot while the water slips lazily along below.
