va3thn: Time to open up this spot for someone else to deal with. I don't have the time to deal with this cache anymore. The cache was under the boardwalk right where the concrete wall changes direction. While it was a little damp inside, it was still there. The name "X" marks the spot, had nothing to do with an "X" marking any spot, any "X"'s found nearby were purely coincidental. This cache was named "X Marks The Spot" due to a lack of X's in the area for those doing an alphabet challenge.
