This is part of my WIE series on or near the Whyalla Industrial Estate which is on a 400 hectare site on the northern boundary of the City of Whyalla.
Quite a few blocks have been sold but remain undeveloped because of the GFC. It’ll be interesting to see what happens in the following months and years.
A cul-de-sac (literally "bottom of the bag") is a word of French/Catalan origin referring to a dead end or no-through road.
At the time of cache placement, it's a no-through road only if you stick to the bitumen.
