Traditional cache in urban setting. This cache is named after the windmill you pass on the way in. I wanted to hide it there but I could not figure out a safe way for fellow cachers to get to the cache without crossing streets so I hid it in a safer location. FTF gets $1. Cache is a small altiod tin.
