Cache is located in an interesting object that begs the question "where did this come from and why is it still here?"
While this can be a high muggle area the cache is located such that it can be easily retrieved at any time.
Parking is available withing 10 feet of the cache, depending on availability. Note if you park in the lot on a school day during school hours you may get a ticket - if you are lucky enough to find a spot.
