Geocache Description:

Close to the airport for those departing and arriving, this cache is for TRACKABLE items only, maybe you could help one get closer to its intended destination?

The intention of this cache is for it to be a handy drop off and pick up point for trackable items arriving in, or departing from Wellington. Located near the airport at Moa Point, this cache is located in a barren and weather beaten stretch of Wellingtons coastline.

A nice place to visit on a sunny, warm day... but bitterly cold in a blustery southerly. This is also a great place for watching airplanes arrive and depart the Wellington runway with some awesome ability displayed by pilots on very windy days.

The cache isnt hard to locate but care needs to be taken when re-placing to ensure it is snug and out of view.
