As you head east on SH199 it is just off of the road coming down from the summit at Johnson's Pass
During summer when it is dry you can drive to within 200' of it. Not accessible during snow unless you hike to it. If the road is wet you might want a 4 wheel drive vehicle. Otherwise you can park at coordinates 40 degrees 20.280 N 112 degrees 32.082 W and walk east about 400'-500'.
