Another Kwality Kache Traditional Cache

This is another kwality kache from the maker of Prickerland (GC2C0ZY) and Don't Go There (GC2BT30). It contains all of the elements which you have come to expect from a TAXMAN 1 cache: heat, humidity, prickers, mosquitos, etc. The mosquitos were pressing home their attacks as though they meant it.
This is another open area which I have not seen anyone using. There has never been anyone here when I drove by. TAH DAH! TAXMAN 1 to the rescue! Now that a cache is here, cachers from all over the area will flock here to sign the log, and this area will no longer be disused. Problem solved.
The container is similar to ones I have used in other caches. There is a prize for FTF. I am not providing a hint because expert cachers like you do not require any.
You may park on the street and ascend. Long pants and sleeves are de rigueur.
