Geocache Description:

Part of a continuous walk of breathtaking views. The Cache name is not linked in any way to the old TV series - but to indicate that one should watch for whales!

This cache was placed on the Eastern peaks walk in Cape Point Nature Reserve. The views all along this route are unsurpassed in most places because of the added thrill of height. The cache is placed very close to the main trail and in no way puts a cacher dangerously close to the cliff edge. It is a spot where one can relax and enjoy the view and perhaps have a snack as it is approximatively half way between the two car parks.

Ideally you need two cars so as to enable a single direction walk. The car parks on either end are indicated in the waypoints. It is of course possible to do the cache from either end and then returning to the start point.

There are several fine caches along this trail which I heartily recommend.
