Geocache Description:

Easy cache that forms part of the Shipwreck Series. For the series methodology and more info visit SS: Shipwreck Series via the related web page link.

21.4 meter, 90 ton Pilcher vessel which ran aground in 1970. I used to come to Buffels Bay as a child and play on the wreck. This photo is of the Tania as I remember her. I was snuffling around in the rock pools a while ago trying to see if I could find any remnants and came across this piece of wood which may well be the last piece of the Tania in this area.

Because of the high number of muggles in the original location I took the liberty to move this cache slightly closer to Cape Point.
