Happy Birthday to me.... Musical Cache
This is just like another multi-cache of mine:
GC1W1GN "Musical Lamposts"
The Coordinates listed are for where to PARK.
Please pay attention to the attributes.
This cache was hopefully published on my birthday in 2010.
The idea behind this cache is to give the geocacher who finds the
cache, the added bonus of enjoying being a part of hiding a cache
too. Therefore every geocacher who takes part in this game gets to
be both the cat & the mouse. (The finder & a hider
too!)
This is alot easier than it may sound & is signifcantly faster
& easier then the other musical geocache of mine.br />
7 (Seven) possible lamposts, hint should narrow the possible
locations.
Known Facts about this Multi-Cache:
1. The cache container is in the parking lot of the
coordinates posted for this cache. Only the north side of the
parking lot for now.
2. The cache container is located at any 1 (one) of the 7
(Seven) available & approved lamposts. (Approved lamposts have
the coordinates listed as waypoints.
3. The cache container will be a waterproof matchstick
tube.
4. All are within 100 yards or less of each other.
5. Beware of muggles during daytime/business hours.
6. Cache is available 24/7, Is kid friendly, Wheelchair,
Stroller, & segway accessable.
7. Your HINT is in the last geocachers found log
& tells you what lampost # they found the container. Therefore
the container WON'T (or shouldn't) be at that lampost # for
your hunt.
8. All lampost coordinates are listed below as
waypoints.
10. Posted coordinates above are for where to
Park
11. The waypoints/lampost coordinates listed below and the
way the lamposts were numbered is NOT in any particular
&/or special sequence.
12. There may or may not be any DECOY cache
containers. If there are, they will look just like the real cache
container that holds the log to sign. You won't know till you open
the "decoy" cache container.
13. You are free to move the "decoy" cache container
to any of the other approved light posts.
PLEASE do NOT log that you moved a "decoy" cache
container, or what LPC you found it at, or what LPC you moved the
"decoy" cache too. Feel free though to mention if you ran across
any "decoy" containers though.(Thank You)
13. BYOP
The basic requested rules for this cache/hide are as
follows:
(These are only requested and due to geocaching.com rules
are NOT required. These are just requested.)
1. In the written cache container log: Write the date, your
geocache Initials & Lampost # you found the container.
2. MOVE the cache container: PLEASE move the cache container
to one of the other 7 (Seven) APPROVED lamposts.
3. Log your find online: Include how many LPs you checked
before you found the cache container & the LP# that you found
the cache container at, because this is the NEXT geocachers
HINT. Please DO NOT log what LP# you moved the
cache/container too.
Those in a wheelchair, my need a "Grabber" device or whatever you
think you need to lift a Lamp Post Skirt.
P.S. If you believe this cache or any of my caches need my
attention for whatever reason. Please log a "Need
Maintenance" log in addition to either your "Found" or "DNF"
log. I will Not be offended. This is because I have over
250+ cache hides & by logging an "NM" log this will be of great
help to me in maintaining all of my cache hides, & which caches
of mine that need my attention. Thank You in advance for your help
in this matter.
