A Glacier in Pennsylvania? Mystery Cache

While walking the big Geo-mutt through the paths at Church Hill one evening, he happened upon some inspiration. "That's it!!! That's where I can cool off and get some relief. Maybe I'll place a cache while I'm there. . ." he exclaimed with much glee. The image below is where our overheated Hawk decided to go.
