I adopted this cache from findit, who thought of placing this cache in recognition of my M&M Picnic, a day we celebrate the hotness of summer, and birthdays, and geocaching in general. The event is held on Prospect Hill, not far from here, during the first or second weekend of August. There is plenty more caching to be done there! This cache is in another little used conservation area maintained by the Waltham Land Trust. It is also used by neighborhood kids as a “hang out” and ATV playground. Although motorized vehicles are not allowed, there is still evidence of their use. There are many trails that traverse the area and you should be able to get to all stages by trail with little or no bushwacking. Resist the urge to “cut the bias” and enjoy the trek. Also, a good opportunity for some CITO!...bring a plastic bag. In setting the waypoints findit took some ideas from the “playbooks” of BluEyz and Bugsy, Barddzen, and myself. It is said that plagiarism is a form of flattery…I'll take it! Also, I'll add "no guts, no glory," as I also had conceived of the idea of placing a cache in these woods but was scared off by the monsenior 
Notes on parking: The easiest access is at the end of Larchmont Ave. in the Lakeview section of Waltham. (See cords below) The trail entrance is close to houses so be respectful of driveways etc. ACCESS DAWN TO DUSK ONLY! Although you may “see” other access points, be mindful of private property. DO NOT PARK IN THE ESPOUSAL CENTER on Lexington St. There are some liability issues with the management. Difficulty rating may be a little low because of the hints. No need to dismantle ANYTHING!
