Nice little hike on varied terrain.
Jericho Hill and adjacent parcels is a conservation area bordered by several neighborhoods. It covers about 60 acres and is managed by the Waltham Land Trust.
The Waltham Land Trust is very active in maintaining and developing trails in several "Greenway Areas" with a core group of dedicated volunteers.
This area has trails consisting of well used to narrow and somewhat overgrown. When I placed this cache I was careful to avoid poison ivy and other "negative" aspects. Hopefully it's still that way. You may be tempted to bushwack, but wandering enjoyable trails eastbound will lead you to GZ.
Trail access is best at the end of Larchmont Ave. in the Lakeview section of Waltham. This is a residential area so when parking be mindful of the driveways etc. You may see additional access points but please DO NOT PARK IN THE ESPOUSAL CENTER..there are liability issues with the management.
Container is a cammo'd 4 X 6 lock 'n Lock stashed with goodies for all ages...Plus, an FTF and STF prize for those eager cachers.
